The BW series chemical insulation pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump with insulation jacket. It is an improved version of the general chemical pump and is mainly suitable for transporting media that are prone to crystallization at low temperaturesWhen used with a certain medium to ensure constant temperature, steam or hot water can be used for insulation. Due to its advanced and scientific pump structure and sealing technology, this pump can transport materials with a solid content of up to 35% or less; existUnder normal circumstances, it can work continuously for 8000 hours without leakage, which is 3-5 times the sealing effect of general chemical pumps. Moreover, due to the open structure of the impeller, it will not be blocked due to high solid content in the medium. According to the different media, different materials can be used to produce this pump. Currently, materials such as A3, 321, 304, 316, 316L, duplex stainless steel, etc. are usually used for production.
